DETAILED INTRODUCTION
OVERVIEW
The HEAD LOCK is the ultimate tool for securely fastening your stem to the headset, providing extra stability during extreme rides. It includes a convertible part to suit either 1-1/8” diameter steerer or 1.5” tapered. With HEAD LOCK, there’s no need for a star nut anymore, making it a lifelong solution for your riding needs. It also simplifies fork access and maintenance like never before!
Check out the installation instruction video [click here] for an assembly demonstration. We suggest using a torque Wrench at 2.5Nm - 3Nm to tighten the top cap—be mindful of the torque!
Note: Pay attention to the height of your steerer tube. Trim any excess length of the HEAD LOCK, ensuring no more than 1cm remains when installing the bottom cap. Otherwise, the excess length may interfere with your fender or tire during extreme riding when your fork is compressed.
