WARRANTY | SUPPORTS | DA BOMB

All DA BOMB products, including bike frames and components, are shipped with a 1-year limited standard warranty from the date of sale. If the Products are found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, DA BOMB, at its motion, will:

• REPAIR the Product; or
• REPLACE it with a new or reconditioned Product of equal or better functionality; or
• REFUND its value at the time of the warranty claim.

DA BOMB reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a purchaser is entitled to warranty compensation and will notify the distributor of its decision as promptly as possible. If warranty compensation is approved, it will be provided through the distributor for delivery to the purchaser under the prescribed terms. This will be the exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty and is provided free of charge (except for any applicable shipping costs or dealer labor charges).

Please note: Any warranty compensation provided by the distributor without prior approval from DA BOMB will not be covered under this policy.
 

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

To obtain warranty service, please contact the official DA BOMB distributor in your country. DA BOMB processes warranty claims exclusively through its authorized distributors. The distributor will handle warranty claims within their territory, investigating each case before submitting a formal claim to DA BOMB. To make a warranty claim, the following must be provided:

All implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of the applicable warranty period. All other express or implied conditions, representations and warranties, including any implied warranty of non-infringement, are disclaimed. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Due to the nature of products used in racing and competitive events, DA BOMB disclaims any responsibility for personal injuries, bicycle damages, or product failures occurring during activities such as bicycle racing, motocross, stunts, or any use inconsistent with the intended purpose of DA BOMB products. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

DA BOMB products are designed for off-road use and may not conform to vehicle safety standards for operation on public streets, roads, or highways in certain jurisdictions. Their use in such contexts may be illegal, and DA BOMB disclaims all liability in these instances.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. No DA BOMB dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to alter or extend the terms of this limited warranty or to make any representation whatsoever. DA BOMB reserves the right to amend the terms of this limited warranty at any time without notice.
